Production Procedure:

Denim is a kind of thick woven fabric with dyed warp yarns. It is
mainly made of cotton materials, but also contains some blending
materials like polyester, flax, jute, and woolen yarns. What’s
more, Its construction is usually in twill weave(2/1,3/1) or satin
weave.
Original denim is stiff, rough and heavy, up to the present it
becomes lighter, softer, better tensile strength and more durable.
